Custom work takes a little time, but it’s worth it. Most orders are ready to install in 2–8 weeks, depending on what you choose. We’ll keep you posted along the way so there are no surprises.

It really depends on the product, size, and style. During your consultation, we’ll give you a clear, custom quote so you’ll know exactly what to expect — no hidden fees or surprises.

Consultations for new projects are free! For repair or service visits outside of warranty, there’s usually a small service fee to cover travel and time.

Most of our products come with a manufacturer warranty, and we also include a one-year installation guarantee. We stand behind our work and want you to love your window treatments for years to come.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer repair services for existing window treatments — especially if they weren’t purchased through us. That said, we’re always happy to take a look and offer honest advice. Sometimes a quick upgrade to new, energy-efficient, or motorized shades ends up being a better (and longer-lasting) investment.

Good news — most are low-maintenance! A quick dusting or light vacuum usually does the trick. For draperies and certain fabrics, we’ll walk you through the best care tips when we install them.
